Notes
- With a speed stat of 42, Shadowfax is the fastest horse of the game, rivaled only by Shadowmere and Pegasus.
- Shadowfax is one of the three horses added by the DLC From the Ashes, the other two being Agro and Shadowmere.
Trivia
- Like the other horses, Shadowfax is listed as an Easter egg.
- Shadowfax, meaning "shadow mane", was a horse featured in the film and book series The Lord of the Rings, a magnificent steed ridden by the wizard Gandalf. Descended from the greatest horses in the history of Tolkien's world, Shadowfax was described as silver-grey in the sun, but nearly invisible at night. It was also able to understand human speech and run faster than the wind.
