- Grind two handfuls Chamomile in the mortar and pestle
- Add Chamomile to cauldron
- Add Mint to cauldron

Notes
- This potion, along with the poison, the Bowman's Brew and the marigold decoction, is one of the fastest to make. Even with an alchemy skill level 0, the only steps needed to brew it are to add spirits, 2 Chamomile and 1 Mint, then finish the potion, without grinding or boiling, making it the fastest way to level up the alchemy skill.
