This article outlines the community rules of the Kingdom Come: Deliverance Wiki. Our goal is to create a comprehensive, accurate, and engaging resource for all fans of the game. To achieve this, we need to maintain a positive and collaborative community. All users are advised to abide by these rules to ensure a respectful and productive environment for everyone.

Community guidelines

The policies below are based upon Wikipedia's policies and guidelines and the Terraria Wiki's rules.

Be respectful

Treat all members of the community with respect. Engaging in polite and considerate discussions is essential. Avoid personal attacks, insults, or harassment of any kind. When discussing edits or content, focus on ideas rather than individuals to foster a welcoming atmosphere. Comments should focus on the content, not the person.

Civility in editing

Collaborate constructively with other editors to improve the wiki. It is possible that a user may disagree with how the information on a certain page is presented. It is expected that the two users will reach a consensus when they are in disagreement by using a talk page rather than constantly editing and/or reverting changes. Working together in a civil manner helps us create a better resource.

Be bold, but not reckless

Feel free to make improvements to the wiki, but do so thoughtfully. Consider the impact of your edits and, if unsure about a change, seek feedback from the community. Bold contributions are encouraged, but reckless changes can harm the quality of the wiki.

Vandalism

The integrity of our content is paramount. Do not add false information or remove valid content. Adding malicious or incorrect information, spam, or other harmful content is strictly prohibited. Maintaining the quality and reliability of the wiki is a collective responsibility.

Examples of vandalism include but are not limited to:

  • Inserting nonsense/gibberish into page content.
  • Uploading offensive images.
  • Blanking page content.
  • Spamming links to external sites unrelated to the content of the Terraria Wiki.

Article and talk page guidelines

  • No profane, sexually explicit, or any inappropriate language except when it is explicitly used within the game.
  • Formal English. No colloquialisms or contracted forms.
  • "Encyclopedia" style. No first or second person perspectives, opinions, subjections, or any personal bias.

Talk pages

  • When making comments or asking questions on a talk page, be sure to sign the end with four tildes (~~~~).
  • Always remain civil during discussions.
  • An article's talk page is intended for discussion or questions regarding the article's content. It is not a forum for casual discussion. Game suggestions, personal stories, shout-outs, etc. will be removed.
  • Generally, other users' contributions should not be edited, except for maintenance tasks like fixing links or templates.

All the uploaded files on the wiki shall respect the following rules:
