Horsemeat is raw food item in Kingdom Come: Deliverance, and is a type of raw meat. It is obtained by hunting horses, can be cooked to make cooked horsemeat, used in a drying shed to make dried horse meat, or used in a smoke house to make smoked horse meat.
If you killed the horse yourself, its meat will be considered stolen, as horses belong to the villagers. Poaching is a crime, so you should be careful who you sees you and who you try to sell to.
