Brisket is a minor character in the Kingdom Come: Deliverance DLC From the Ashes. He is a butcher and lives with his wife.
Biography
He is one of two butchers, the other being his rival, Kochwurst, who comes to Pribyslavitz after the construction of the butchers shop in From the Ashes, seeking work.
According to Marius during a Judgement, Brisket butchered a cow that died of natural causes and sold the meat to some needy folk, instead of destroying the carcass. Although he is beloved for his charity, he makes less money.
