Trivia
- Like the other horses, Bucephalus is listed as an Easter egg.
- Bucephalus (βουκέφαλος, lit. "ox-head") is named after the famous Greek warhorse belonging to Alexander the Great.
- Bucephalus's high courage and capacity may be a reference to Alexander's then-innovative use of heavy cavalry, first pioneered by his father Philip II.
