Godwin's concubine
Godwin's concubine is a minor character in Kingdom Come: Deliverance. She was the partner of Father Godwin, and lives with him in the presbytery of the Church of Uzhitz. She is his wife in everything but name, as priests were forbidden to marry.
Biography
Father Godwin does not appear phased by the fact their union breaks his vows, dismissing it as the church's attempt to ensure Godwin's property remains in their possession, and does not pass to any legitimate heirs. As the two are not married, any children would be bastards, and ineligible to inherit. In any case, she cooks, cleans and sees to his manly needs, and the two seem quite happy.
She is a bold woman, unashamed of her position as the forbidden partner of a cleric. When Henry expressed confusion about her living in the presbytery with a priest, she playfully asks if he likes her - and if he does, why shouldn't Godwin like her too?
She is clearly not opposed to Godwin's other vices, as she participates in their drinking session at the Inn of Uzhitz and later, follows them up the Church of Uzhitz's tower to ring the bell. She and Godwin even make love in full view of Henry, with no shame. However, she evidently recovered from the evening much easier than the men, as she was awake to scold them for being hungover and late for mass.
