Roe deer kidneys are raw food items in Kingdom Come: Deliverance, and are a type of raw meat. They are obtained by hunting roe deers with the Butcher perk. They can be cooked to make cooked roe-deer kidneys.

If you killed the roe yourself, its meat will be considered stolen, as roes belong to the lords. Poaching is a crime, so you should be careful who you sees you and who you try to sell to.
