The short noble hauberk is an armour item in Kingdom Come: Deliverance. It is classed as body chainmail.
Description
Chainmail coats and vests are made from small metal rings linked together in a mesh. They differ in the size and shape of the rings as well as the linking system. The rings are usually riveted closed. Chainmail provides good protection against slashing, but can be pierced fairly easily and without a layer of padding, provides almost no defense against blunt, crushing blows.
How to obtain
- Found on high level bandits or guards.
- Can be bought from Blacksmith Zach (if recruited in From the Ashes) or Armoursmith Ota.
Worn by
- A Bandit in a Bandit camp located in the wooded cliff North of Treasure XVI location, near two Birds nests. The camp is a part of the Activity Interlopers
Notes
- This version allows for the body garments sleeves to be seen from forearm down whereas the long version has the same stats, but completely covers the arms in chainmail.
