Biography
As custodian, Sebastian is supposed to look after the local community and keep the peace, however the local gossips say that he's only interested in robbing everyone. Despite being married, Sebastian harbors an affection for Johanka, and openly attempts to court her.
During the quest In God's Hands, if Henry is able to cure Phillip in time, Sebastian will enter the infirmary, loudly inviting Johanka to a "private banquet". Henry can choose to interfere, but if he angers the Custodian, he will spend 24hours in the local jail.
Sebastian's name will also come up during Henry's questioning of the Sasau Bailiff during If You Can't Beat 'em. Apparently, he has been pestering the Bailiff about the recent rise in crime, which the Bailiff receives very poorly - after all, the Baron has no jurisdiction in the city.
During Nasty Habits, Henry may find himself caught up in a scheme to steal the Baron's wine. While there, Henry can find some vessels containing quicksilver - highly suspicious in light of All that Glisters.
Notes
- Although never explicitely found out, Sebastian vom Berg is most likely the 'highly placed individual' involved in the Groschen counterfeiting operation. The letter Henry gets from the Bandit Prisoner at Mrhojedy during Questions and Answers is underwritten by S (Sebastian vom Berg?), addressed to T (Istvan Toth?)
