Bonum Commune
Bonum Commune is a side quest in A Woman's Lot DLC. Henry will have to talk with Pavel of Kolin and remove the sin from his soul, find the treasure hidden by him, and donate it to the Monastery Infirmary.
Description
The repentant sinner Pavel of Kolin wanted to recover his hidden treasure and donate it to a good cause in Sasau. I decided to help him.
Objectives

Walkthrough
Once you have spoken to Johanka, agree to accompany her to speak to Pavel, who is staying at the Sasau Wagoners' Inn. Once at the inn, speak with Pavel. He will tell you that he was moved by Johanka's speech, and wishes to atone for a sin from his past. Once johanka leaves the two of you to speak, Pavel will tell you about a treasure he had hidden in the hills above Sasau. He will give the player directions to find this hidden stash, and tell you he will decide what to do with it upon your return.
Leave the inn, and travel through town to the south end between the quarry and the river, then continue onwards along the bank until you cross a stream that comes down from the hills. Climb up along this stream for some time until you reach the place where Pavel took his tumble. There you will find his hat, sitting on a rock. Collect the hat and turn right where a forest path with be. Follow the path all the way to its end, passing the bodies' of fallen men-at-arms. Soon you will come to the ruined settlement, where several Cumans are camping. Defeat or sneak past the Cumans, and pass through the crumbling wall to the fire. Continue past the fire in the same direction and a small overgrown hut will be just ahead. Enter the hut and you will see a destroyed fireplace. The treasure is hidden there.
Once you have it, return to the inn and speak with Pavel to ask if he has decided how to donate the money. He will tell you that he would prefer the money be donated to the Sasau rathaus or the parish rather than the monastery. When asked why, he admits to having had a dispute with them previously, and with a speech check, can be persuaded to allow a donation to the monastery. Once you have donated the money, return to Pavel to inform him of how the money was spent to complete the quest.

There are additional hidden treasure spots, including a pile of rocks with a small birch branch sticking upright from it by the crumbled wall on the way into the Cumans' camp. There is also a hole in the ground behind the large, crumbling house which you can climb down into. A fallen adventurer's armor and sword can be recovered there, and continuing into the crumbling house reveals a chest.
