The Sasau Infirmary was a building within the Sasau Monastery with two rooms, one that functioned as a hospital, and the other used for preparing medicine. For some time it was staffed by Brother Nicodemus and his assistant Brother Elias to treat the monks and nearby townspeople from Sasau. It was overseen by the Custodian, who was in charge of managing funds, although he was known to have a habit of taking money for himself.

After the Attack on Skalitz, many injured people were brought to the infirmary, although it was ill-equipped to deal with the sudden rush of patients. Luckily, Johanka of Skalitz proved to be an exceptional and dedicated nurse, and they would later receive assistance from Henry during the quest In God's Hands.

With only five beds and an alter, the thirteen unfortunate souls who found themselves at the infirmary in 1403 were forced to sleep on the floor, and even outside. Due to a lack of understanding regarding the spreading of germs and importance of hygiene - common to medieval Europe - the floor was littered with straw for bedding, soiled clothes and bandages, and pools of dried blood. Food was even stored in the hospital room.
