The Tavern of Outer Rattay, also known as the Broken Wheel Tavern, was a tavern located just north-east of the the town of Rattay. It was run by the innkeeper and his alemaid.
Henry would bring Theresa here to eat lunch/dinner as part of Courtship. The two would be accosted by a drunk who tries to molest Theresa, but Henry would step in a shove the drunk off. This will lead to a fight against the drunk.
