Rupert is a minor character in Kingdom Come: Deliverance. He was the Quarry master of the Quarry of Talmberg.

Biography
Allegedly, a shipment of his stone was subpar, leading to the death of Jarek at the Sasau Monastery, an incident that would forever ruin Rupert's reputation. After an investigation during House of God, Henry is able to establish that the stone never came from the Talmberg quarry at all, clearing Rupert's good name.
Henry would also speak to Rupert in Restless Spirit in order to commission an atonement cross, and again in Supplies to source stone for Pribyslavitz.

- During the House of God, the Fallen block will be stuck in your inventory indefinitely if you do not return to the Overseer after speaking with Rupert of the Talmburg Quarry to hand it in BEFORE concluding the quest. Though it is weightless and causes no real in-game issues, it may cause psychological issues for the player, especially those of the OCD variety.
