You must reach speech level 20, the maximum level.
Speech is one of your 4 main stats. You gain speech experience everytime Henry says a line of dialog for the first time, whether during a conversation or talking to himself.
How to Obtain
There is only one way: grinding experience.
- Talk to NPCs as much as you can, exhaust every line of dialog. Skill checks especially give a lot of speech exp.
- Some quests will reward you with speech experience.
- You can read Silence is Golden and Other Myths, a skill book series that will give you speech exp.
- You can make a lot of small transactions with traders for a small exp boost.
Notes
- When you complete the main story, your speech stat should be around 16-17, doing a few side quests and reading the skill books should be enought to reach 20.
