Fallen block is a quest item from the House of God in Kingdom Come: Deliverance.

Description

The stone that fell on the poor stonemason. There's still a bit of blood on it...

How to Obtain

  • During The House of God, inspect the accident site and follow the blood trail to the stone.

Bugs

  • During the House of God, the Fallen Block will be stuck in your inventory indefinitely if you do not return to the Overseer after speaking with Rupert of the Talmberg Quarry to hand it in BEFORE concluding the quest. Though it is weightless and causes no real in-game issues, it may cause psychological issues for the player, especially those of the OCD variety.
  • As of Version 1.9.6, the Fallen Block will be stuck in your inventory whether you talk to the Overseer or not, as Henry won't hand it over to him despite the dialogue saying otherwise.
