Heavy war hammer is a Mace weapon used in Kingdom Come: Deliverance.

Description

A heavy metal-plated weapon for strong warriors with a universal head featuring a spike for penetration a blade for slashing the enemy. Its weight guarantees effectiveness against armoured enemies, but only in the hands of a skilled swordsman.

How to Obtain

• Can be looted from one of Rattay's guard quarters, where they sleep, on an easy locked chest.
  • To get here, head to the Rattay castle where Sir Hanush resides, but instead of climbing the stairs that are in front of the arena, look to your left, and go through the other flight of stairs, and enter the locked door. Keep walking until you reach a man standing guard over the quarters, and pass him by but before you enter the room proper, make sure you won't be noticed by him entering it. Finally climb the stairs, and choke or kill the guard sleeping on top, and then you will find the chest.
• Can be looted or stolen from high level, heavily armored Bandits and Cumans.
  • It is very commonly carried by them.

Notes

• This weapon is considered to be inferior to the Heavy warhammer, which has almost 50% more Stab damage, even if a very slightly lower Blunt damage value, and Charisma bonus.
• Despite the description claiming it can slash enemies, it is not known if it actually translates in-game, as it does not have any added slash damage values.
