Pechuna is a Sasau local who acted as a go between for Sir Erhart and his gang of robbers, bringing supplies to the camp. He is found taking part in the Farkle tournament in Sir Erhart's Encampment during Game of Throws. He will go celebrate his win in Sasau Wagoners' Inn should he win. He is mates with the nearby charcoal burners.

He will not challenge you to a duel should you win against him, and he is very reluctant if you challenge him after losing to him.

You can buy Capon's necklace off of him after his win, or convince him to had it over to you for free. Or it can be pickpocketed from him, along with his other winnings.
